Another linky post... from Dreamworthy Quilts

15 Minutes Report:

To Do Tuesday Report

Last week:

Enjoy time with two of my grand sons for their birthday trip.  I have 5 of them, but the others already had their outing with grandma.  We camped without electricity which meant I was limited to hand work.  ✔

I took my hexies for the mystery.

The hexies are done!

After I returned home from the camp out, I got all but three of them glue basted and ready for applique'

One quarter of the quilt has all of the applique' turned under and glue basted to the background.  I love it ...

15 Minutes and To Do Tuesday from Dreamworthy Quilts

I finally got my percentage up to 80 percent.  Going a couple of months without sewing really set me back.

15 Minutes Report:

To Do Tuesday Report

Last week:

1. Make a Celestial Star
2. Make scissor blocks for Crazy Quilty Ladies

3. Finish the $ Building Blocks BOM for this month ✅

I am making 4 of these quilts.  You can tell by the different color ways.  As for this block, it is cute but oh was it not fun to make.  I would have made it different from the designer.

Below you can see block 1 and 2 months side ...

More slow summer days of stitching... from Dreamworthy Quilts

Being so relaxed is just wonderful!  One more Celestial Star was made.  I think it is my favorite so far.

Here they are all together.  I plan to make a total of 9, so five more to go.  They really do take a long time.  I love the secondary pattern in the open space created from using two different background fabrics.

Two barns done - check

One church done and another close to done- check

Color My World might actually get finished in the next few weeks.

Everything looks and smells so good after the rain.  Here are some photos of ...

Productive Tuesday and To Do Tuesday from Dreamworthy Quilts

Yesterday I finished the Monster Truck quilt top.  It is off to the quilter along with my Tulip Winner quilt top.  I am hopeful to get it done pretty quick because I have a two year old grandson who will be happy to get it.  He loves Monster Trucks.

Today was a "git er done" day and it feels great!  Because I have recently been machine binding my quilts instead of doing them by hand, I got three bound today!  Hooray!  I only just picked them up from the quilter yesterday.  These are the same three quilts I started at ...

15 min & Quilty Ladies progressing and a new mystery from Dreamworthy Quilts

Daisy is done!  Hooray!  I love these Crazy Quilty Ladies, but I really want to get this quilt done.

Esther is progressing as well, but not quite finished. She will get neatly pressed when I am done scrunching her up while I embroider her measuring tape hair tie.

I also started a mystery quilt.  My friend, Janice  @Jannimary.blogspot.com, posted about it and I guess I got sucked in.  I enjoy mysteries, but what I love more is doing them with a friend.

The free spring, Mother's Day mystery is hosted by Laundry Basket Quilts.  Janice says she ...

Today was wonderful because I was home alone in my sewing room! from Dreamworthy Quilts

It is amazing what I could do in a day at home without interruptions! All of this happened...

Celeste is finished.

My Tulip Winning Blocks are a quilt top.

I made all four of my Dollar Building Blocks for my BOM. This will become 4 different quilts all in the same pattern. I can't quite choose my favorite.

I also made four bindings ready for the quilts to be quilted.

3 tops ready to quilt from Dreamworthy Quilts

I dropped these three at the quilter today.  I started all if them at Scrub Stitchin' in Australua.

It always surprises me how long it takes to add borders and piece backs.

I also got these two bound. These are my first ever all machine binding.

Memorial Day in the states is when we put flowers on the graves of our loved ones.

This is my sweetheart and grand daughter and myself visiting my husband's father's grave.

My husband's family was large anyway, and then they adopted 4 more.

We lost one a year ago. He was ...
